Dr. Ornish knows what he is talking about,however it must be consumed in moderation and used in place of saturated fat. The Japanese are the longest living people on the planet,do they consume olive oil...like Americans....No
Most are Olive oil Brain-washed,i use but in moderation,like a drizzle.
Fish oil are vastly superior!! Omega 3 DHA is a must
