No mention of pharmaceuticals which are diabetigenic, quite capable of pushing a "pre-diabetic" (who might never become diabetic) into full-fledged diabetes? Happened to me with hydrochlorthiazide, no mention in literature......Cut sugar? No mention of white flour, rice and pasta? No mention of foods that send the sugar soaring? Corn, potato, etc.
Please consider much less emphasis on the numbers and the increase, as most have little ability to absorb these, especially when so many are stated. Basics beyond exercise, weight loss should include specific damaging foods and deadly pharmaceuticals; those drugs fill a page, 10 point type.
You're appreciated but much too pedantic in this presentation.
Thank you for this information. I am not one to take the pharmaceutical drug....there are to many side effect. i found that chrominum and a combination of natural meds for sugar control works as well.
I also believe that because ones sugar is elevated ....does always constitute diabetes. I had my ph level checked and found it to be very low.Now that I am geeting that back to a normal range ,my blood pressure seems to be dropping in numbers.
