		<description>Dear Dr. Jon, I am otherwise healthy, but guilty as charged in the overweight and exercise department, especially in winter.
Fanatical gardening keeps me hopping in the
growing season.
Thanks for the extra motivation.

		<description>Roberto:
Magnesium chloride is just another form of magnesium supplement -- a magnesium salt. And yes, I&#039;m very keen on magnesium supplementation. As I have expressed in a number of newsletters, we supplement far too much calcium and far too little magnesium. It&#039;s also the main reason that I include 337 mg of magnesium in each day&#039;s serving of Catalyst Altered Trace Minerals. &lt;a href=&quot;http://www.jonbarron.org/barron_reports/04-01-2003.php.&quot; rel=&quot;nofollow&quot;&gt;http://www.jonbarron.org/barron_reports/04-01-2003.php.&lt;/a&gt; So yes, keep taking your magnesium.

		<description>Hi Jon, I&#039;m an old customer, recently I read about a near &quot;miracle&quot; food/mineral: 100% pure Chloride Magnesium. I find out that,if you are over 40 year old, take it on a daily bases and will help you with;
Old aches and pains; stiffnes,tremors, hard arteries, loss of memory, Arthiritis, Prostate, and stabilize blood pressure and also the nervous system.
Recipe: Mix a 100 grams of pure Magnesium Chloride in 3 liters of destille water, keep it in a glass container, drink a small shot glass, every day. What is your opinion?
Thanks! Roberto Guerrero
