Question:

I have partially clogged arteries. I won’t go to a doctor. What do you recommend I buy for supplements, etc.?

Answer:

For obvious legal reasons, we cannot diagnose or prescribe for specific medical conditions — merely provide information. With that said…

I addressed the nature of cardivascular disease and how to deal with it in the newsletter, The Cholesterol Myth. That should get you started.

I can suggest something as a private individual … look into Nattokinase along with whatever else Jon is suggesting …
A friend of mine had some real bad angina, he had to hold his chest with one hand in order to get it to hurt less. He heard about Natto, purchased some immediately and took 4-5 capsules (slightly more than the 1-2 recommended but not much more) … he said he then went to sleep and when he woke up the next morning the pain was gone (yeah he finally was able to fall asleep). Now he takes it religiously.

I am on WARFARIN for 3 months now, and my Doc. wants me on it till December (5 more months).
I had Atrial Fibrillation 3 months ago and I am on SOTALOL 40 mg. 2x daily.
I do not want to stay on these meds, especially Warf. for so long.
    Would Nattokinese help at all?
Also my Doc. does not want me to take any itamins at all.
I want to take whatever I need to take to go back to normal health.
    Any advise will be appreciated.
    Thanks,
    George
